U upotrebi: od 1942.
Napuštena: 1943.
Prve zastave istaknute na partizanskim čamcima i brodicama već 1942. sastojale su se od jugoslavenske trobojnice u prve dvije trećine dužine zastave, do su u preostaloj trećini posložene srpsko-crnogorska, hrvatska i slovenska trobojnica. Na jugoslavenskoj trobojnici postavljena je crvena petokraka zvijezda i bijelo sidro. Nekoliko zastava ovog tipa sačuvane su u muzeju u Splitu. One su postupno zamijenjene kasnije proposanim zastavama.
